Joanna Logan
Director and Founding Partner
Joanna Logan has worked in the field of executive search & talent for 25 years, specialising in the recruitment of advancement professionals in the not-for-profit sector. As Managing Director of Execucare, she built the executive search business to be one of the most successful specialist executive search companies operating in the not-for-profit sector in the UK. In 2020, she moved to the University of Cambridge Development & Alumni Relations Office to build an in-house search programme for Collegiate Cambridge, the first of its kind in the UK, as well as to deliver senior searches for Collegiate Cambridge.
Joanna’s appointments include the Managing Director of Development for the University of Cambridge, the Development Director of St Anne’s College, University of Oxford and the Director of Philanthropy for Cancer Research UK. She has a particular interest in diversifying candidate pools and working with candidates with transferable skills. She was an inaugural member of the CASE Working Group for Career Transition. She sits on the Succession and Remuneration Committees of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Erin Hall-Westfall
Director and Founding Partner
Erin Hall-Westfall is a talent management leader with over 20 years’ experience in global higher education advancement. Most recently, Erin was Director of Talent Management for the University of Cambridge Development & Alumni Relations Office where she built the first talent management program in Europe and led the people strategy in support of the successful £2.2billion ‘Dear World…Yours, Cambridge’ campaign. Working across Collegiate Cambridge, she created the Cambridge Development & Alumni Relations Internship Programme, focused on introducing students to philanthropy and creating a pipeline of talent into the profession.
Prior to joining Cambridge in October 2016, Erin worked for the University of Michigan Office of University Development for 12 years, most recently as Executive Director of Talent Management. Her previous experience includes roles in talent management and alumni relations at Northwestern University.
Erin is passionate about coaching and supporting individuals in their career journeys, and organizations in attracting and growing their people.
